AMERICAN LE MANS
UTAH JULY 13-15, 2006
Mark was a track official for the Utah Grand Prix.  He flagged the
cars through and made calls to race control for accidents and
penalties.   He was able to be on track the whole time, including
in the hot pits and the team garages.  He would also inspect their
cars for safety shut off switches and fire suppression systems.  
The different race teams were really good to him.  He was in
heaven.  Max went with his dad and even was given the privilege
to sit in the race cars.

The Grand Prix included the Speed GT World Challenge, the
Speed Touring World Challenge, the Star Mazda Formula Series,
and the grand-daddy of them all...the American Le Mans.  A
fantastic three days of racing.

Mark really wants to move his racing up a level to the Star Mazda
Formula Series.  Below are a collage of pictures Mark took from
